Every year we start with new challenges, don't miss the opportunity to be a mentor or mentee, we are looking for people to join us in this mentoring effort for our Techie Women community in Latin America.

The mentorship initiative starts with this invitation, provide us with information of your areas of interest; and then you will be connected with your mentor/mentee.

You can agree with your mentee in the first call the following:

Period of mentorship experience: 3 months (it ends on April 9th, 2023) or 6 months (it ends on July 9th, 2023).

Rhythm of session: biweekly or monthly

  • Register is open from today to January 30th, 2023.
  • The assignment will be communicated on January 31st, 2023.
  • The format of the sessions are open.
  • At the end of different periods we are going to sent a survey for gathering your perspective.
  • This initiative is created to help women within the Techie Women Community to develop their career according to their interests, it could be focused on providing recommendations from a technical or professional skills perspective.
